  • 2-150 [3H]MK-801 binding was stimulated with 100 μM L-glutamate plus 10 μM glycine. Data values are mean ± SEM obtained with 6 adult brains, 6 infant brains or 5 neonatal brains.

  • 2-1 Data from neonates are significantly different from infant data (p < 0.05), or 2 both infant and adult data (p < 0.001), or 3 adult data (p < 0.05).
